the location was ideal! i loved being halfway between the pleasure beach and the tower. our room was super clean. the hosts were waiting right at the door for us, so thoughtful!
I noticed some noise came from doors and windows. Closing was a bit loud.

sweet welcomethoughtful toucheslovely hostscigarette smell
i found plenty of tea, coffee, and biscuits ready in the room, a sweet welcome. shampoo and conditioner, thoughtful touches, were also provided. the hosts were lovely, along with two cute, friendly dogs, it was like home.
i noticed a cigarette smell upon arrival which drifted a bit, it was a minor thing.

this place is just off the front, a convenient spot, and a short walk leads to the beach, so spontaneous seaside strolls are easy.

coffee servicesmoke smell
The room was very comfy and tidy and I appreciated the tea and coffee service provided I felt this added a nice touch.
Upon arrival there was a strong smell of smoke I think it traveled throughout the building I found this disappointing and it affected the overall freshness.

i was disappointed by the lack of clear information. i wasn't told about breakfast options upon arrival (i really wanted a full english). also, the hotel had a noticeable smell of stale smoke, especially in the hallways. it wasn't overwhelming, but it was definitely there and a little off-putting (it made my allergies act up a bit).
